Start by double clicking on the My Computer icon on your desktop
Double click the Control Panel
Double click on the Network and Dial-Up Connections.
Double click Make New Connection. This will start the Network Connection Wizard. Click Next.
For the Network Connection Type, choose “Dial-Up to the Internet”. Click Next.
Choose the button, "I want to set up my connection manually...". Then click Next
Choose “I connect through a phone line and a modem”. Then click Next.
Enter 980-7000 in the telephone number box if in Kingston & St. Andrew. (Please see “Islandwide Access” on the Customer Care webpage for your local dialup access number.)
Deselect “use area code and dialling rules”. Then click Next.
Enter your InfoChannel user name and password. Then click Next.
Enter InfoChannel in Connection Name. Then click Next.
Choose No to Set up an Internet Mail Account then click Next.
Click Finish.
  Create Shortcut to InfoChannel Icon:
Right click on your newly created InfoChannel icon.
Select Create Shortcut
Click “Yes” to place the shortcut on your desktop.
Double click the InfoChannel icon on your desktop.
Click Dial to Connect to the Internet.
